Terms & Conditions for bookings

Check in time is 3 pm.

Check out is 9 am.

All bookings require Credit Card details for confirmation of booking.

​

All bookings taken over the internet must provide contact details for correspondence purposes.

​

Deposit-Private bookings only
50% of total tariff processed as a deposit at time of booking.
Balance of payment to be processed on arrival.

Payment Policy-Group bookings only

Full Tariff Deposit of 100%  processed at time of booking.
tax receipt emailed to guest.

Payment is to be made by credit card (Visa or Master card)

 

The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the operator's premises, event or service. Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement:

(a) prior to departure from the customer’s home location, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid; or

(b) for entry to the event or venue or access to the service, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

 

Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.


.Bulk or commercial bookings

  1. [60] or more days prior to the commencement of the Activity, a Cancellation Fee equal to [25]% of the total booking Cost shall be deducted from any monies paid, or charged on credit card and retained by the Provider;

  2. [30] or more days prior to the commencement of the Activity, a Cancellation Fee equal to [50]% of the Cost , or one nights accommodation total cost, whichever is greater ,shall be payable by the Customer and either deducted from any monies paid by the Customer or be a debt due by the Customer to the Provider;

  3. [15] days or less prior to the commencement of the Activity (including on the day of the Activity and no shows),      full  accommodation booking will be charged ,a debt incurred if not paid and all monies paid by the Customer, if any, will be forfeited.

1.1 If the Customer requests an amendment to the Booking [30] days or less prior to the arrival date, such request will be deemed a cancellation by the Customer and the provisions in clause 4.2(b) will apply.

1.2 Where the Booking is cancelled in accordance with clauses 4.2(b), or 4.3, the Provider shall have the right to re-book the Accommodation, or any part thereof.

1.3 Non commercial bookings, 30 days or less prior to the commencement of the activity $50 cancellation fee applicable

 

1.4  Non commercial bookings 15 days or less prior to the commencement of the activity (including no shows) full accommodation booking will be charged a debt incurred if not paid and all monies paid by the Customer, if any, will be forfeited.
